Same workflow popularised by leading cinematic AI tutorials, rebuilt natively into FrameOn so it's one click instead of an MCP setup.

  1. Drop a URL or write a brief
    Lenz AI reads your landing page (or expands your prompt) into a labelled creative brief — concept, audience, key insight, tone, hero moment, CTA.
  2. Brief → 6-8 shot list with named camera moves
    Lenz AI breaks the brief into shots, each with a motion preset from a curated library (dolly-in, crash zoom, vertigo, drone reveal, snorricam…), lighting, dialogue, duration. Edit any shot inline before rendering.
  3. Optional: attach a character sheet
    Upload one selfie URL → Lenz AI generates a 4-angle reference grid. Every shot in the storyboard then uses that grid as its i2v anchor, so the same face appears throughout the final video.
  4. Per-shot frame + cinematic render
    For each shot, Lenz AI writes a photoreal still-image prompt (80-130 words with the trick phrases that defeat the AI-glossy look), generates the first frame, then turns it into a 5-8s motion clip.
  5. Stitch with crossfades
    ffmpeg concats the rendered shots with 0.4s xfades between cuts. Outputs one 30-90s cinematic MP4. For 1-2 shots we skip the re-encode (bit-perfect concat). Final video has burn-in captions if requested.
