How it works — two steps:

1. Choose what to record — your browser asks which screen or window to share, plus camera/mic permission. Share another app's window or your full screen — not this FrameOn tab (sharing this tab records an infinite mirror).

2. Start recording — then switch to that window and do your thing. The recording keeps going as you move around FrameOn; stop it any time from the floating pill or back here.

Screen + face uses camera + mic; Screen only uses just the mic. Everything records on your device — nothing uploads until you hit Save. Output is a .webm you can download or send to your Media Library (auto-converted to MP4).
