Data Deletion

Effective: May 7, 2026 · Last updated: May 7, 2026

You can permanently delete your FrameOn Studio account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, what gets retained for legal reasons, and how to revoke access to connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

Option 1 — Delete from your dashboard (recommended)

  1. Sign in at frameon.tv/login.
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete my account.
  4. Confirm by typing your email address. We send a final confirmation email; click the link within 24 hours.

Your account is closed immediately. All personal data, content, and connected social tokens are erased from primary systems within 7 days, and from encrypted backups within 35 days. You receive a confirmation email when deletion completes.

Option 2 — Email request

Email support@frameon.tv from the address on your FrameOn account, with the subject “Account & data deletion request.” We process the request within 30 days and email you when it is complete.

Option 3 — Revoke FrameOn from Facebook (Meta-initiated)

If you connected Facebook or Instagram and want to revoke FrameOn’s access from Meta’s side:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find FrameOn Studio in the list.
  3. Click Remove and check the box to delete posts and comments FrameOn made on your behalf if you want them removed.

When you remove FrameOn from your Facebook Business Integrations, Meta sends our servers an automated revocation signal. We then:

  • Delete the access tokens for all your connected Pages.
  • Delete the Page metadata (Page ID, name, profile photo) we cached.
  • Cancel any scheduled posts that were going to publish to those Pages.
  • Mark related analytics rows as anonymized within 7 days.

Note: removing FrameOn from Facebook only deletes the Facebook/Instagram-related data on our side. Your FrameOn account itself remains active. To delete the entire account, use Option 1 or 2 above.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, password hash, profile photo, phone.
  • All connected social account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Page metadata, audience research, brand profiles, and content plans.
  • All posts, captions, hashtags, image prompts, scripts, voiceovers, generated images, and rendered videos you created in Studio.
  • Outreach contact lists, message templates, and reply data.
  • Your analytics rows (engagement, impressions) — fully deleted, not just anonymized.

What gets retained (and why)

  • Invoices and tax records — retained for 8 years to comply with the Indian Income Tax Act. These contain your name, billing address, and amounts paid; they do not contain card numbers or content data.
  • Suspension records — if your account was suspended for violating our Terms, we retain a minimal record (email + reason) to prevent re-registration. This record is deleted after 3 years.
  • Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics— for example, “X posts generated last month” — that cannot be linked back to you.

Posts already published

Posts that FrameOn published to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Pinterest accounts before deletion remain on those platforms — they are owned by your social account, not by FrameOn. To remove them, delete them from each platform directly (or use the Meta “remove posts and comments” checkbox in Option 3).

Timeline

  • Immediately: account is closed; you can no longer log in; tokens revoked; scheduled posts cancelled.
  • Within 7 days: primary database records erased.
  • Within 35 days: all encrypted backups containing your data have rolled off.
  • Within 30 days of request: email confirmation that deletion is complete.
