Subprocessors

Lenz AI / FrameOn is operated by Seazars, a sole proprietorship registered in India. To deliver our products we rely on the third-party services listed below — they may process customer data on our behalf as part of providing the service. Each provider has its own privacy policy, linked where available.
We give existing customers at least 30 days’ notice before adding a new subprocessor or removing one in a way that would affect their account. If you have a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us, the same notice applies; you can object to a new subprocessor within that window by writing to support@frameon.tv.
We do not authorize any subprocessor to use your content to train their own models, and we maintain signed DPAs with each provider where available.
