Terms of Service

FrameOn Studio is a software-as-a-service platform that helps small businesses plan, generate, schedule, and publish social media content; create AI-generated video ads; and run cold email outreach. The features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features at any time. If we remove a paid feature, we will offer a pro-rated refund or equivalent credit.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering, and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, including activity by team members you invite.

You agree not to use FrameOn to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, or any communication that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, India’s telecom regulations, or GDPR.
• Impersonate another person, business, or brand you do not have authority to represent.
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Generate or publish content designed to deceive (deepfakes of real people without consent, AI-generated reviews, fake news).
• Scrape, mass-download, or attempt to extract data from social platforms in a way that violates those platforms’ Terms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer the service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, or interfere with normal operation.
• Use the service to send malware, phishing links, or content promoting illegal activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

You retain ownership of everything you create or upload to FrameOn — text, images, video, scripts, voice clones, outreach lists, and the posts FrameOn generates from your prompts.

You grant FrameOn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, modify, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not display your content to other users.

You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload (including any photos used to clone an avatar or voice) and that using FrameOn to publish it does not violate any third-party rights.

FrameOn uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so, and others) to generate text, images, voice, and video on your behalf. You accept that:

• AI output may contain factual errors, biased statements, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before publishing.
• AI providers may have separate restrictions on what you can generate (e.g., no images of real public figures). You agree to comply with their policies in addition to ours.
• Ownership of AI-generated content is governed by the AI provider’s terms and the law of your jurisdiction. In India and most jurisdictions you may use AI-generated content commercially; we make no warranty as to its copyrightability.

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Pinterest, your use of those platforms remains governed by their own Terms. FrameOn acts only on instructions you give it through the dashboard. We do not auto-DM strangers, scrape connections, or take any action a platform’s Terms prohibit. If a platform suspends your account because of how you used it through FrameOn, we are not liable.

• Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not refund partial months.
• 14-day free trial: if you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
• Refunds: annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of payment if the service was materially defective. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
• Taxes (GST in India, VAT/sales tax elsewhere) are added at checkout where applicable.
• Failed payments suspend the account; we retain your data for 30 days after suspension before deletion.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in-app at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (cloud hosting, AI APIs, payment processors, social platforms) or events beyond our reasonable control.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or repeated violation of acceptable-use rules. On termination, the rights you have granted us terminate as well, and we delete your data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

FrameOn is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, that scheduled posts will always be delivered on time, or that the service will meet your business goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameOn’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) ₹10,000 (INR ten thousand). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Seazars and its operators harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your content, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
